Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Revision case addressing extensive decay associated with unmanaged acid reflux. A patient with a history of two prior full-mouth rehabilitations presented for replacement of failing restorations. Over several months, we collaborated closely with a skilled ceramist to restore the smile. Aesthetic refinement was guided by a comprehensive approach to address underlying systemic issues, supporting both oral and overall health. The final result is a smile that appears natural and feels healthy.

Dental wax-ups are the blueprint of restorative dentistry—allowing morphology, function, and occlusion to be designed before irreversible treatment begins. Proficiency in wax-ups reflects a dentist’s ability to see beyond individual teeth and consider the mouth as an integrated system. This wax-up was completed for a patient awaiting an implant crown.
